Refactor ScannedItemWidget to StatefulWidget and enhance advertisement timestamp display

- Converted ScannedItemWidget from StatelessWidget to StatefulWidget to manage state and update the UI dynamically.
- Added a timer to refresh the display of the last advertisement timestamp.
- Improved the formatting of the last seen advertisement message for better clarity.
