Alexander Markov feff7f702a [VM/test] Update VM unit test for relaxed int64 hex literals

With fixed-size integers, Dart_NewIntegerFromHexCString() accepts
hexadecimal literals up to 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF, so the unit test is
updated accordingly.
