modern mixins * Remove AbstractStrongTest.enableNewAnalysisDriver; it is always true. * Add Element.hasOptionalTypeArgs, which requires changing AbstractStrongTest to use PackageMixin and PackageMapUriResolver, instead of the custom _TestUriResolver.
