Dan Rubel dde9eb69a9 add handleInvalidMember to improve recovery
* add handleInvalidMember event
* update NodeListener to track invalidMemberCount
* update ClassMethodModifierContext to trigger handleInvalidMember
  event, reducing number of superflous errors.
