Régis Crelier a6cd110577 [vm/bytecode] Improve bytecode disassembler.
Fix decoding of some A_E bytecodes that were not displaying the second operand.
Support pc relative bytecode disassembly.
Display local variables info in disassembly along with variable descriptors.
