https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/346760 deleted the file pkg/testing/test/hello_test.dart which was for whatever reason specified in the BUILD.gn file for fuchsia builds, meaning those no longer builds. This CL removes the reference to it, hopefully allowing it to build.
