Johnni Winther 6540f603d8 [cfe] Don't include member signature in id testing by default. 
This prepares id testing for the unforked sdk where all Object
members add a member signature in the immediate opt-out subclasses
of Object.

Jens Johansen a8c7757589 [CFE] Don't hard-code uncertain version numbers in messages or tests 
Instead don't mention them (until they are certain), and make them
certain in tests, by setting a specific version (2.9999 in this case).
