We're adding these types to `dart:ffi` rather than `package:ffi` so that
they can be used with `FfiNative`s.

Because the C standard only defines minimum sizes for many of these
types, future platforms might diverge from the typical size even if all
platforms currently agree on a size. To avoid having to reification
later, we define all types as AbiSpecificIntegers rather than typedefs,
even if all current target platforms agree on the size.

This CL adds support for users defining integers which are mapped to
differing sizes and signedness based on the application binary interface
the Dart VM is running on.
Notable implementation design decisions:
- ABIs are open world, so that adding an ABI to the Dart VM does not
break existing definitions. Thus, we only figure out in the VM that
we're missing a mapping. We throw compile-time errors.
- In AOT, these show up in the precompilation step.
- In JIT, these show up as `_CompileTimeError` at runtime. Note that
these can be caught. So in subsequent compilation steps we need to
ensure that we also throw the same compile-time error.
- We match on the call-sites (streaming_flowgraph_builder) rather than
method bodies (kernel_to_il) of AbiSpecific loads and stores so that
we can compile for the int-size of the call site.

This CL adds the `Bool` `NativeType` with support for loading/storing
from `Pointer<Bool>`, `Array<Bool>`, and `Struct` and `Union` fields,
and support for passing booleans through FFI calls and callbacks.
The assumption is that `bool` is always treated as `uint8_t` in the
native ABIs. Including: (1) whether there can be garbage in the upper
bytes in CPU registers, (2) stack alignment, and (3) alignment in
compounds.
The conversion from `bool` to `uint8_t` is implemented as follows:
- bool to int: `value ? 1 : 0`
- int to bool: `value != 0`
The conversion is implemented in Dart in patch files for memory loads
and stores (pointer, array, and struct fields) and kernel_to_il for
FFI call and callback arguments and return value.

Expands the test PassStruct9BytesPackedMixedx10DoubleInt32 to see how
the second integer is allocated.
Updates runtime/vm/compiler/ffi/unit_tests/structPacked to have the same

Fixes the structs by value test generator to output // @dart 2.9 for

This CL implements unaligned access for float/double on arm32, but does
not expose it in an API. Rather it only uses these loads/stores inside
the getters and setters of packed structs.

change. The only VM change is reading the packing in the

This CL only changes dart:ffi API, CFE, and analyzer. No VM changes
were needed because the dimensions of inline arrays can be flattened
before passing them to the VM. The multi-dimensionality does not
impact the ABI.

This CL adds support for nested structs in FFI calls, callbacks, and
memory loads and stores through the Struct classes itself.
Nesting empty structs and nesting a structs in themselves (directly or
indirectly) is reported as error.
This feature is almost fully implemented in the CFE transformation.
Because structs depend on the sizes of their nested structs, the structs
now need to be processed in topological order.
Field access to nested structs branches at runtime on making a derived
Pointer if the backing memory of the outer struct was a Pointer or
making a TypedDataView if the backing memory of the outer struct was
a TypedData.
Assigning to a nested struct is a byte for byte copy from the source.
The only changes in the VM are contained in the native calling
convention calculation which now recursively needs to reason about
fundamental types instead of just 1 struct deep.
Because of the amount of corner cases in the calling conventions that
need to be covered, the tests are generated, rather than hand-written.
ABIs tested on CQ: x64 (Linux, MacOS, Windows), ia32 (Linux, Windows),
arm (Android softFP, Linux hardFP), arm64 Android.
ABIs tested locally through Flutter: arm64 iOS.
ABIs not tested: ia32 Android (emulator), x64 iOS (simulator), arm iOS.

to see how they are aligned on the stack. Only contains small structs
because most ABIs only pass structs less than 16 bytes on the stack.
Especially tests iOS64, where `AlignOf(struct{float32;float32;}) == 4`
but `AlignOf(struct{int32;int32;}) == 8` due to the special treatment
of homogenous floats in the arm64 ABI combined with iOS decision to not
align everything on the stack to at least word size.
Test tested on iOS64 through Flutter.
structs_by_value_tests_configuration.dart is the only non-generated
file.
The tests are tested in the dependent CL. Tests are ignored in status
file and are un-ignored in dependent CL.

The 3 and 7 byte tests in
https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/168829
had their sizes rounded up to the next power of two due to alignment of
fields inside the structs.
In order to properly exercise behavior on win32, win64 and iOS, this CL
changes those structs to only have uint8 fields to prevent alignment
influencing the sizes.
Old tests are renamed to exercise the size rounding due to alignment.
This also swaps around the two 9byte structs to have consistent naming
with the new 3 and 7-byte tests.

file and are un-ignored in dependent CL.
