Always includes the stderr when a test failures. Shows errors in stdout, stderr
and the exit code all at once. Displays differences in expected output better.

dgrove@google.com 71a2d4d913 Second attempt to fix issue 3402. It turns out that we can't use 
$_, because that contains the original script name (in the case
test.py, $_ contains .../test.py when this script is executed.

Using $0 will work fine, as pwd -P will give the absolute
physical path of the dart script.

All objects have a hashCode method, so there is no need for a Hashable
interface.
The interface itself is retained for at least two weeks, to give time for
code to remove uses of it.

The hosted tests are passing locally, and I've done pub install
from pub.dartlang.org successfully, but there are still some
intermittent errors, so I'm not enabling the hosted tests on the
bots just yet.

This is subtle, but you have to wait for the process to be started
before you can write to its stdin stream. You can register event
handlers on the output streams if you want but you have to wait with
writing to stdin.
