- errors in test_controller.js get posted to the Dart configs
- Dart configs will receive these and set uncaughtError
- Selenium driver will output the full HTML body, not just up to the first script tag (else the errors above could be lost).

gram@google.com 12633b46a6 Fixed a nasty bug in unittest, where is we have a non-async test that throws an exception, followed by an async test, the async test will not block and can end up 'passing' with no result set. 
The problem is that when we throw the exception in the non-async test we don't break out of _nextBatch and we also add a call to _nextTestCase in _registerException. We should only do one of these; basically if the test is not async then we just stay in the _nextBatch loop; if it is async then we kick off the next test from in registerException.

lrn@google.com 26fab5183a Move parseInt parseDouble to int/double classes as a static method. 
Remove math dependency from core/coreimpl in dart2js.
The existing Math.parseInt and Math.parseDouble are kept *for now*, but
simply redirect to the static methods.
They will be removed in time (when library code is ready for it).
