Sigmund Cherem c30ce41ae6 Add hook to use single-root in fasta scripts and make use of it when creating 
the dart2js platform files.

The main use-case right now is in compile-platform, but the way it is implemented
makes this available to any fasta tool.

This also adds resolveInputUri so we don't incorrectly treat supported URIs as file:* Uris.

Paul Berry ec47e524bc Switch to non-alpha versions for analyzer/front_end/kernel. 
After some discussion, we decided that it's not necessary to publish
alpha versions when making non-breaking changes.  (The rationale for
publishing alpha versions is to minimize the number of breaking
changes, since breaking changes to a popular package can potentially
slow down pub's version solver, but this is not an issue for
non-breaking changes).

Mike Fairhurst 6f3b6bfb62 Do the rounds for new analyzer publish + fix analyzer_plugin. 
I'm not sure -- I ticked analyzer to 0.32 from 0.31-alpha.

I think because of the new methods, this is the right call (though it
leaves us in the weird place where there was no stable publish of
0.31.2?)

Also not sure if I need to update any other downstream packages (args?
dart_style?). Seems like if so, those are all in other repos.

Janice Collins 75a2661f0e Prepare to publish analyzer 0.31.1 and associated packages. 
Verified that the new analyzer at least smoke-tests on .21 still,
so did not update SDK constraints.  Publish is to address
dart-lang/dartdoc#1603.

Paul Berry 3dbe0099a2 Prepare to publish analyzer, front_end, and kernel. 
Due to the tight coupling between analyzer and front_end, they need to
be published atomically.  The last published version of kernel is old
enough that it needs to be published too.

I've bumped the versions to the following, and changed the
dependencies so that this set of versions is mutually compatible:

- analyzer: 0.30.0-alpha.3
- front_end: 0.1.0-alpha.2
- kernel: 0.2.0

(Note that kernel's version didn't need bumping since the most
recently published version of it is 0.1.0)

Asger Feldthaus ce428a1f20 Complete merge of kernel repo into SDK. 
This removes third_party/pkg/kernel and changes dependencies to
refer to pkg/kernel instead.

Some status files are updated to reflect new test outcomes.

The override had no effect anyway, because it was identical to
front_end's dependency on analyzer.

This is necessary in order to publish front_end.

Paul Berry 0c3fade7f7 Fix front_end version number in preparation for publishing. 
Analyzer needs to depend on a published version of front_end in order to
pass buildbot tests (it may be an alpha version).  This CL sets the
version to "0.1.0-alpha.0" (I will publish this version once the CL
lands).  Note that the previous version of front_end was "0.1.0", so we
appear to be moving the version backwards.  This is ok because version
"0.1.0" was never published.

Note that during this transitional period where code is being moved from
analyzer to front_end, we have circular imports between analyzer and
front_end, so from now until the transitional period ends, we will need
to publish front_end whenever we publish analyzer.

Update copyright notices in front_end package

Paul Berry 28b6a1f7ea Add implementations of the front end FileSystem API. 
This required some small changes to the API contract.

Note that the tests use supermixins.  I'm assuming that supermixin
functionality will be available on all platforms by the time this is
needed.  If not, I will be happy to rewrite them.
