Dan Rubel 3b790e5311 new TokenType and Keyword API 
This adds two new methods and adapts most of the old references
to use these new API. Once all call sites have been updated,
the old API can be removed.

Konstantin Shcheglov e24b9c218d Remove the limited invalidation feature.
