Deletion barrier preparation: validate overwritten references.

With the upcoming deletion barrier, every update of a pointer field must know whether the previous value was a valid pointer.
Currently, we always use StorePointer/StoreSmi, both for initialization and updates.
Initialization, and thus the potential for overwriting garbage values, appears in three places:
1. Object::Allocate/Foo::New.
2. Creating isolate from full snapshot.
3. Allocation in generated code.
Case 1 already null-initializes all underlying memory.
Case 2 is addressed by this CL by exploiting that:
i) fresh pages are zero-filled by OS, and
ii) freelist headers use only even values.
Case 3 is remains a TODO for future CLs.
(An alternative solution for case 2 would have been to add an init_foo method for every set_foo called.)

Eliminate 99% of allocated ExceptionHandler objects
...
The vast majority of functions have no exception handlers, thus they can all
share a single ExceptionHandler descriptor.
This CL reduces the number of ExceptionHandler objects on the heap from
about 8400 to 16, from 132KB to less than 1KB, when running dart2js.

Instead of allocating an array for the names of local variables,
store the names in the LocalVarDescriptors structure directly.
Using dart2js to compile a small dart program results in about 7200
LVDs on the heap.
Retained memory before: 568KB
Retained memory after: 432KB (75%)

Fixes to support ARMv5 lego mindstorm.

1. Deopts on division when neither vfp nor idiv are present.
In a subsequent CL, I can add a leaf runtime call for this.
2. Uses a different PC read offset in STR and STM instructions.
On ARMv5 and earlier, the PC read offset is 8 except in STR
and STM instructions, where it is implementation defined. On
lego mindstorm it is 12. This requires changing
kEntryPointToPcMarkerOffset to be a function.
3. Uses a dummy struct to compute the size of a compressed
pc descriptor to avoid alignment issues. sizeof(PcDescriptorRec)
is 16 on ia32 and arm. Subtracting sizeof(int16_t) gives 14,
which creates alignment problems on ARM, i.e. poor performance on
ARMv6 and later, and wrong results on ARMv5 and earlier.

Introduce a lazy-compile stub for functions.

The function's code pointer is either a lazy-compile stub
or the compiled code. The function is compiled on invocation.
There is no need to check for null when invoking a function. This means
one check less when invoking functions via a stub. For this I added a LazyCompile
stub.
Additional cleanup in Stackmap and PcDescriptors (remove unused code pointer,
and changed smi-lengh into a raw integer).

Introduce class TypeRef in the VM to fully support recursive types.

Fix issues 15244, 15148, 14869, 14000, and 13688 (was closed, but fragile).
Note that the current solution is not final as it may not be correct in more
complex cases not yet covered by language tests.
The final solution will require a 'trail' instead of a simple mark bit to
prevent operations involving recursive types to diverge.

Fixes a couple problems with GC of unoptimized code.

1. Instead of making a pass before the Marking phase,
this change does not visit code pointers in functions
during marking. Then after marking, if the code has
still not been marked, code pointers in functions
are nulled out.
2. Since code pointers in functions may be nulled out,
functions are no longer used as proxies for code in
deoptimization info.

Mixins with Generics

This change adds support for generics to mixins. It's not a particularly elegant
implementation, so I expect to change how it works internally in later checkins.
Also, there is still one aspect of the implementation that is incorrect. In the
case of typedef, the newly introduced name is not yet an alias for the
mixin application. Instead, the MA is a superclass of the typedef name. That
will need to be fixed in a later checkin. I don't want to make this change
bigger.

Complete implementation of bounds checking in the vm, by introducing a vm object

BoundedType that represents a type that could not be checked against an upper
bound at compile time. A BoundedType is verified at run time when used,
typically when it (and/or its bound) gets instantiated.
This fixes issues 7075 and 7625.
Added one test.

Fix for issue 6359 - Make snapshots platform independent.

The issue previously was that an instance size was stored a
size in bytes, similarly field offsets were stored as an offset
in bytes. This caused issues when generating the snapshot on
one platform and reading it on another platform.
The VM has been changed to store the instance size as a size in
words and the field offset as an offset in words.
