This CL is part of an effort to bump the SDK requirement to `3.12.0-0`
for all the packages in `pkg` that are not published to `pub`, so that
we can get better testing of the "private named parameters" feature.
(Packages that *are* published to `pub` can't be safely bumped yet,
because SDK 3.12 hasn't been released, and I don't want to block those
packages' ability to publish useful updates to customers.)
This change covers the following packages, which are owned by OWNERS_ENG:
- pkg/async_helper
- pkg/bisect_dart
- pkg/dartdev
- pkg/expect
Changes to `pubspec.yaml` files were made manually.
Changes to `.dart` files were made automatically, using `dart fix` to
migrate to using private named parameters where it is possible to do
so without changing semantics. Note that this migration is
conservative; see https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/58607 for
details.

Make mirrors no longer able to create new instances of enum classes.
(If that breaks anyone, they had it coming! It would invalidate
exhaustiveness of switches and thereby soundness in general.)
Also fix a number of failing tests,
delete some no longer relevant tests (e.g. testing
reflection of programs that won't compile, there
are no runtime compilation errors any more.)
Fix some more tests that were failing. Not all.

In dart2wasm applications are by default deployed in `-O2` mode which
implies `--minify`.
Given this is the default configuration for customers, we want good
testing of this configuration and not large numbers of approved failures.

We add the `dart.tool.dart2wasm.minify` environment define (analogous to
how dart2js exposes `dart.tool.dart2js.minify`).
We make `package:expect/variations.dart` then expose to tests what

Was adding key to _keymap before calling `ifAbsent`,
so `containsKey` saw it during the `ifAbsent` call.
Modified to allow concurrent modification inthe `ifAbsent` function,

Collects files from `package:async_helper` and `tests/language`
that are generally useful, so that all test-related helpers are
in `package:expect`.
Moves the two libraries from `package:async_helper` into `package:expect`,
and the `tests/language/static_type_helper.dart` file too.
Deprecates `async_minitest.dart`, to follow `minitest.dart`,
expecting the Flutter use of it to have been fixed to not break
on deprecation (I believe Flutter no longer breaks builds on deprecations at all).
Patch 1 is the actual change.
Patch 2+4+8 is changing all existing references to the files.
Patch 6 ignores deprecation in files still using `async_minitest.dart`.
3+5+7+9 are updating this text to make the numbers match.
Then it's just test-expectations and small tweaks from there.

The recent rewrite of [0] kept the existing semantics of the finalizer
implementation but migrated to the new interop semantics.
Turns out in that existing semantics there's a bug, namely that it
casted the peer object of to a non-nullable [Object] which is incorrect.
This CL
* fixes the cast to non-nullable [Object]
* moves the (currently) web-specific tests for
[Finalizer]/[WeakReference] into `corelib` so it runs on all backends
* expands the finalizer tests to check finalizers get invoked
* expands the weak reference test to ensure weak reference is cleared

Today, most tests that touch on a behavior variation end up
skipping expectations or the entirety of a test for some
testing configurations. Moving forward, we'd like skip less
and try to account for the behavior variations if that's
reasonable.
This CL shows an approach to improve our test coverage for
behavior variations. We introduce two new methods to
[Expect] that allow us to conditionally check that a
function throws, depending on variation predicates.
The CL changes expectations for errors that don't occur
when dart2js omits parameter type checks or implicit
downcasts.
Note: originally I had the intention to introduce a name
parameter to `Expect.throws` and `Expect.throwsTypeError` to
avoid introducing a new API. However, because these APIs are
used for testing core language features, such as function
parameters themselves, we decided to keep the use of
features in these APIs as simple as it can be.

There are many failing Dart2JS language/library tests due to differences in backend implementations.
We want to adopt a strategy that allows us to make explicit the different expectations we have of each backend.
This adds logic for the 2 most common causes of these backend related failures (numbers and implicit checks) but we can add more of these as we discover more use cases.

Actually, for `Expect.fail`, the return type is kept as `void`, as
changing this to `Never` would apparently change a lot of static
analysis of language and co19 tests. It seems the `@alwaysThrows`
annotation is no longer (or was never) relied upon for static
analysis (usually around dead code analysis).

It should not be necessary to ever run `pub get` for a package which is
not published. All packages used in the SDK are controlled by a single
package config, so it's not necessary to declare versions or paths for
any packages.

For `asyncExpectThrows`, instead of taking a function,
then checking if that function can be called with zero arguments,
and then immediately calling it and checking that it returns a future,
just take the future as argument.
Since synchronus errors from calling the function were not caught
anyway, doing the entire `Future` computation directly shouldn't
change behavior.
Also make `asyncExpectThrows` and `Expect.throws` return the caught error,
so that you can use normal `Expect.something` checks on it afterwards,
instead of doing that in the `check` function.
That basically makes the `check` function unnecessary (but hard to remove
with the existing test corpus using it heavily).
This makes some uses of the `asyncExpectThrows` function slightly more
complicated, those that have no other way to create a future than calling
the argument function anyway, but other uses become simpler
when they can avoid adding the function wrapper.
TEST= Refactoring. If the tests keep running, it's successful.

information will be resolved to either an absolute or relative path.
If this cannot be done, snapshot creation fails.

This is a reland of 5909fd111d
Does a large refactoring on the V8 snapshot profile writer
to clean things up, add more debugging support, and to fix
the problems that surfaced during the original landing.
Other changes:
Changes Serializer::CreateArtificialNodeIfNeeded() to create
artificial nodes for Code objects and immutable arrays.
Fixes CodeSerializationCluster::Trace() to only push needed parts of
discarded code objects, instead of tracing them like full code objects.
Adds test cases to v8_snapshot_profile_writer_test that exercise
the following situations (both separately and together):
* Non-symbolic stack traces are enabled and code and function objects
are dropped when not needed at runtime.
* Creation of the dispatch table is disabled.

Now they are only retained if one of the following is true:
* The parent is Future.wait or Future.timeout.
* The local function is a generated body of an async/async*/sync*
function.
* Symbolic stack traces are enabled.
When a local closure's parent is dropped, the parent name will
be printed as `<optimized out>` in places like exceptions.
Changes in Flutter gallery in release-sizeopt mode:
* ARM7: ROData -1.41%, Isolate snapshot -2.35%, Total snapshot -0.54%,
Isolate heap -1.38%, Total heap -1.38%
* ARM8: ROData -1.55%, Isolate snapshot -2.34%, Total snapshot -0.65%,
