[ VM / Service ] Stream light-weight version of CpuSamples for CPU
profiler events. `Event.cpuSamples` is now a `CpuSamplesEvent` rather than a `CpuSamples` object, where `CpuSamplesEvent` returns `(@Object|NativeFunction)[]` rather than `(@Func|NativeFunction)[]`, resulting in a smaller JSON payload.
