[benchmark] Cleanup lint violations

Fix violations of lints that I expect have no influence on the
performance characteristics of this benchmark:

* annotate_overrides
* avoid_shadowing_type_parameters
* curly_braces_in_flow_control_structures
* prefer_single_quotes
* use_function_type_syntax_for_parameters
