- Introduced DALI-GW.security.xml to define security settings including enabling security and maximum entries for individual addresses and group keys. - Updated DALI-GW.xml to reference the new security configuration file. - Enhanced README.md to document the purpose of DALI-GW.security.xml and clarify the organization of XML fragments in the project.
