In bip.c getter and setter functions of IP address and Port number expect and return values in the network byte order. All ntoh and hton were eliminated from bip.c.
...
All other modules changed to be consistent.
arm7 port left unchanged.

Changed a bunch of debug and information printfs so that they have a better chance of working on systems where int is smaller than 32 bits also fixed the signed/unsigned type of some to match the type of the arguments.

Modified the linux makefiles to work with MinGW by passing in BACNET_PORT=win32 from the make command. Corrected the AdapterInfo patch, and tested it.

Updated stdint.h and stdbool.h which are used with compilers that are pre-C99 standard (i.e. borland). This also cleaned up warnings when built with codeblocks using MinGW.

Set the EOL-style to native for most files using svn propset command. Some files also had inconsistent line endings. Seems that subversion doesn't set the eol-style automatically when files are created unless it is configured for autoprops. The autoprops setting is local to the subversion installation and not the project.

ca72bf7f9f
modified the BACnet/IP init code for the win32 platform to make it work on my system. It seems that something else is intercepting the packets when the bind was set to INADDR_ANY, so I just bind to the host default adapter.
