Implement queue (#11)

* Implement queue

* Enable queue by default, remove queue from web and update readme

* Rename useQueue to queuesRequests

* Rename queuesRequests and improve readme

* Rename _executeMethod and improve readme

* Rename to _isQueueEnabled
