Ari Aye 8d1dc8c99b Add a cli flag to enable ML code completion using the default SDK path ...

This will make it easier for beta testers to enable ML ranking for
code completion. Setting the --completion-model flag explicitly will
still work but there will also be a shorthand --enable-completion-model
which is equivalent to --completion-model=/path/to/dart-sdk/model/lexeme.

I tested this manually through IntelliJ.
