Nicholas Shahan 825b59ae6d [ddc] Source map fixes for debugger calls ...

- Fixes calls that pass `when` or `message` arguments
- Updates location information on the expression statement versions to
  point to the beginning of the `debugger()` call instead of the `;` at
  the end of the line.
