New instructions: CreateBox, SetField, GetField, CreateClosureClass.

The "old" instructions based on ref-cells are still in use by dart2dart:
GetClosureVariable, SetClosureVariable, CreateFunction.

dart2dart still does not support captured for-loop variables, but this
is a separate issue.
