This adds `LookupResult.isInvalidLookup` to the handle invalid lookup results and uses this to avoid a lot of cascading error messages. This is a step towards removing ProblemBuilder, AmbiguousBuilder and reliance on `NamedBuilder.isDuplicate` in lookups.
