Sigmund Cherem cd83e0ccc0 [tests] update to use variations.dart#jsNumbers
Replaces uses of `webNumbers` with `jsNumbers`.
CoreLibraryReviewExempt: no semantic changes - only updates to use new pkg/expect variations properties
