In the new model `ThisExpression` is replaced with a `VariableGet` referring to `ThisVariable`. This CL introduces the model-agnostic predicate `isThisExpression`, which is applied to replace is-checks on `ThisExpression`. The changes in this CL allow to unskip the test `type_ops.dart` in `bytecode_generator_test.dart`.
