* Replace most of the implementation of Parser with the implementation found in _Parser2, which uses Fasta. * Rework Parser constructor to do exactly what the previous factory constructor + _Parser2 constructor did. * Remove _Parser2 and ParserAdapter. * Remove `useFasta` argument in several places. * Delete tests in parser_test.dart which only used the legacy parser. * Move ParserProxy from parser_fasta_test.dart to parser_test.dart * Remove ~240 cases of dead code like `if (useFasta)` and `useFasta ?` in tests.
