We want to avoid users passing `--enable-experiment=native-assets` on stable and beta, as we'd like to move fast and break things on the experiment. This aligns the experiment with how the experiment is working in Flutter: main and dev branch only. Before this CL, dartdev did not check experiment flags. Unknown experiments would fail in the VM. After this CL, dartdev checks the experiment flags and errors out early. Usage: dart <command|dart-file> [arguments]
Global options:
-v, --verbose Show additional command output.
--version Print the Dart SDK version.
--enable-analytics Enable analytics.
--disable-analytics Disable analytics.
--suppress-analytics Disallow analytics for this `dart *` run without changing the analytics configuration.
-h, --help Print this usage information.
