Pass in the entry-points and OS to the link hook when the record_use file is provided. So that different target OSes and different entry- points are cached separately. Also, commit skill to rev `native_rev` in DEPS. (The new agent IDE ignores gemini.md that contained it and prefers using skills.) Global options:
