This handles the most of the cases I could think of. Please review with an eye toward catching holes. I also left a couple of questions in the tests as there are a couple of cases I wasn't sure we wanted to support. This doesn't handle fields with an initializer, though I think we could. If you think we ought to handle it before shipping the feature I can either update this CL or do it in a follow-on.
