Fedor Shcheglov fe0bdac54f Fix a bug where augmentation was incorrectly associated with the macro feature, rather than the augmentations feature.

Added additional tests to ensure validity of this change.

This didn't cause issues in unit tests, because all of them had macros
enabled in their superclasses.

Add TODO for named mixin applications: mixin application classes can't
be augmented.
