The DAP spec[1] does not specify what should happen when showUser is not specified, and VSCode chooses to default it to true[2][3]. This is inconsistent with some other tools which uses false as the default value[4]. Always pass `showTrue: true` to make it consistent in different systems that use DAP, and be compatible with VSCode.
