Dan Rubel a459bc8b7c Add fasta parser constructor reference recovery ...

This CL fixes/improves 2 keyword contributor situations
when analyzer is using the fasta parser:

* Recover gracefully given a constructor reference
  followed by a dot without an identifier

* Include a colon whenever suggesting the 'default' keyword
