Fixes the following class of errors under gcc 4.8:
out/ReleaseX64/obj/gen/resources_gen.cc:3074:1: error: narrowing conversion of ‘137’ from ‘int’ to ‘const char’ inside { } is ill-formed in C++11 [-Werror=narrowing]
