This annotation is unneeded as named arg external constructors is enough to determine if an object literal is created. The one exception is an empty object literal, but our guidance is to use utility functions to create one instead. This is a better fit for that purpose too as an interface for an empty object literal is more uncommon. CoreLibraryReviewExempt: Backend-specific library.
