Konstantin Shcheglov 9640ae8319 Perform flow analysis during resolution in ResolverVisitor. ...

We need to do this because type promotion should be done in parallel
with resolution. Keeping it as a separate stage worked for definite
assigned, and reachability, but for using flow analysis fully we need
this change.
