Daco Harkes a7cb764aa4 [tests/ffi] Reinstate deleted test
Test was added in https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/132843,
duplicated in https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/132604,
and then got deleted in the non-NNBD folder, but that does not show up
in https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/commits/master/tests/ffi_2.
