Support smull ARM instruction in order to detect 32-bit multiplication overflow.
Enable debugger api tests on ARM.
Enable isolate tests on ARM.
Enable code descriptors tests on ARM.
Enable snapshot tests on ARM.
Enable heap tests on ARM.
