antonm@google.com 088d5937cb Autogenerate additional arguments for fanky methods.
Methods with CallWith=ScriptArguments|CallStack are declared
w/o last argument in WebKit IDLs.  Formerly this last argument
was manually injected via dart.idl, but it's not robust in the
presence of IDL modifications.
