sra@google.com 7bbb92e0f8 Add test for Frog native class with same native name as interface. ...

This pattern is needed for several DOM classes since DOMWindow,
History and Location all need to have different implementations for
in-page and cross-page.

Frog needs to know that "native '*I'" means that the name I must be
avoided by all other generated constructs.
