Dart2JS uses the file offset on these nodes to create JS source maps. We want to maintain these file offsets across the serialization layer when we compile from dill files rather than directly from sources. Dart2JS tests were serializing via `--test-mode` flag and thus had incorrect source locations for some stack traces. TEST=Updating tests for all of these in fasta offsets tests.
