John Messerly 7dbb2c44ef Add js_ast package at lib/src/js ...

This is a clean copy so it will be easier to review my changes for ES6. This is r43816 from SVN pkg/compiler/lib/src/js, with dart2js internal files removed (js.dart, rewrite_async.dart)

As with analyzer, we'll have a fork so we can iterate faster. But we'll upstream the changes.
