Florian Loitsch 9a0ccfc092 Deprecate the use of Function as a class. ...

Shows a hint when `Function` is used:
- as a class name,
- in an extends clause,
- in a with clause.

The `Function` may or may not point to the core's `Function`. All uses of `Function` in these contexts are deprecated.
