The dart2wasm compiler - when used in -O2 sound mode - should guarantee that no wasm traps happen. So we should be able to use `--traps-never-happen` in deferred loading mode just like in normal mode. This saves around 1.2% in ACX Gallery The original revert was done due to other reasons, not this CL. Global options:
-v, --verbose Show additional command output.
--version Print the Dart SDK version.
--enable-analytics Enable analytics.
--disable-analytics Disable analytics.
--suppress-analytics Disallow analytics for this `dart *` run without changing the analytics configuration.
-h, --help Print this usage information.
Available commands:
