* Add support for dumping flow graphs in JSON (to make it machine
readable);
* Add support for controlling which functions are dumped through
a pragma annotation:
`@pragma('vm:testing:print-flow-graph'[, "passes filter"])`
* Replace simple matching DSL with programmatic matching
* Support obfuscated builds
