This CL is a part of work that migrates the bytecode generator to the new variable model produced by the CFE. The code is changed in such a way that it's compatible with both the old model and the new model. Specifically in this CL the invocatoins of the getter `VariableGet.variable` are replaced with the invocations of `VariableGet.expressionVariable`, which has the return type `ExpressionVariable` from the new variable model. Some formal parameters of procedures and types of fields are also adjusted to accomodate for the change.
