Daco Harkes bde9578a39 [vm/ffi] Introduce _Compound NativeType ...

Introduces the class `_Compound extends NativeType`, for sharing between
`Struct` and `Union`.

Does minimal changes to CFE and IL construction. Follow up refactor CLs
rename everything.
