Modified list of bytecodes that check for debug breaks (wip). Make sure source positions are not interpreted as return addresses. Fix skipping of bytecode stub frames when stepping. Fix DEBUG_CHECK macro to call debugger twice for breakpoint and following step. Various minor bug fixes and printing improvements.
