New type of AST nodes RedirectingFactoryConstructor is added to Kernel. The goal is to keep the information about redirecting factory constructors in the class for the linking phase. Conversion to a textual format.
The text format is currently very ad-hoc and there is no conversion back, but it's a pleasant way to view the IR.
