Initial implementation of a flow-graph builder for Dart's AST.
Visit the AST and generate an instruction (ie, not basic-block) flow
graph.
The flow graph for the simple function:
main() {
var f = 1;
var n = 5;
while (n > 0) {
f = f * n;
n = n - 1;
}
print(f);
}
