Ryan Macnak 2c001aacc0 [vm] Address various quirks observed in Fuchsia profiling samples. 
- Don't waste time scrubbing or qualifying function metadata names.
 - Don't waste time scrubbing or lib qualifying function names for timeline events.
 - Give intrinsic functions a grace usage counter.
 - Fix wrong flag guarding stack overflow name-based slow paths.

Ryan Macnak 295ea59385 [vm] Give functions compiled through Dart_LoadCompilationTrace a non-zero usage counter. 
So they survive a few code collection cycles.

Ryan Macnak 07f43510a2 [vm] Fix some cases of dropped errors and confusion between Exceptions::PropagateError and LongJumpScope::Jump. 
Assert against Exceptions::PropagateError skipping over LongJumpScopes and LongJumpScope::Jump skipping over exit frames.

Aart Bik 20342cea27 [vm/compiler] added compilation trace tracer 
Rationale:
When building with "--precompile trace.txt", the current
version silently processes the file without any feedback
on misspelled names, errors, or the like. This flag adds
the ability to get some feedback.

Ryan Macnak 812c3423bc core-jit: 
Adjust compilation trace format to be plain text friendly.
  Avoid writing functions we can't lookup in the trace.
  Fix tear off fuzzy matching.
